Shipping Policy

Delivery

All of our furniture pieces are handmade to order. The expected delivery time is detailed on each individual product page and is dependent upon our workshop capacity.

Our items are hand delivered by an insured delivery firm who specialise in furniture. The firm will deliver to a room of your choice for free. 

Unfortunately, this service is only available for Mainland UK.

What happens once I’ve placed my order?

When we receive the order, we’ll place it into our production schedule.
It will be dispatched to our partnered logistics company once complete.
They will then begin to route the order and propose a date for delivery via SMS and/or E-mail.
You’ll then be able to accept or re-arrange to a preferred date.
The delivery will be between the hours of 07:00-21:00.
You will be allocated a system-generated 3-hour delivery window one day prior.
The delivery team will also ring 30 mins to 1 hour before arriving on the day of delivery.

Returns

While we pride ourselves on everyone loving our tables, we understand from time to time that perhaps the colour or the style just isn’t for you, which is why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee trial. If you find that the table isn’t quite what you were looking for, as long as you’re within the 30 days of purchase, we can accept the return. If you’ve also kept the packaging the table came in, there’ll be no charge, but if you’ve thrown them away then there’ll be a repacking charge of £150 (unless you have ordered our assembly service and we’ve removed the packaging for you).

We also offer a 10-year structural warranty, in the unlikely event that something goes wrong. Take a look at our refund policy for more information.

Much like our deliveries, returns are also quick and easy to do. Simply contact us on 0121 737 2550 or email info@grainandframe.com and we’ll log your return request, then collect the item as soon as possible.
