Excellent customer service and delivery time. Products delivered quickly and well-packaged. We ordered a dining table, 4 chairs and a bench. Very easy to assemble in the main. Really good quality and easy to clean and maintain. Very pleased and would thoroughly recommend.

High quality table, bench and chairs. Only let down by the cheap felt ‘feet’ on the chair legs, peeling and slipping after a few days, bench and table have good quality feet.

Ordered a table and a bench from Grain & Frame and what I received exceeded expectations! The table is gorgeous, exactly what I wanted and what was shown on the website. Delivery was right on time and efficient, and good comms throughout the whole process. Definitely a great experience!

From the initial query to receiving the final product was an exceptional process. I have rarely dealt with such a responsive and efficient business. We are delighted with the table and chairs. They not only look good (as a Dane I find the design familiar and comforting) but the furniture is well made and required little assembly. Prior to the furniture arriving, a link to assembly had already been sent. Even after the purchase there was appropriate contact. This is a business that cares about its customers.

We love our new table. The design and quality of manufacture is superb. Just what we wanted for our Yorkshire Dales cottage kitchen. Most of the alternatives we looked at are way too big but this small 4 seater is ideal for our daily use and the additional leaves mean we can sit up to 8 when the family come around. We were also very impressed with the way it was packaged when it arrived and the fact that all the fixings are metal with no crappy plastic bits.

I received my delivery of the 4 dark stained oak chairs in April 2026. I am SO VERY DISAPPOINTED at the bad quality, the non stylish look and I wish I had never come across this company… JOKE!!!! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the chairs. They match perfectly with a dark stained oak table that I bought a year ago and could not find any chairs that I liked the look of. I am so very happy that I found Grain and Frame. It was definitely worth searching for chairs as I’m so very picky when it comes to quality and style and Grain and Frame have given me both. I’m considering buying 2 more of the chairs though the 4 at the moment look great at my 6-seater table. I love how light-weight the chairs are and the cord seating is so comfy and so very pretty. Chairs were very easy to unpack by myself and they came packaged securely which meant no damage on inspection. I was also very happy with the service from the polite and respectful delivery driver and his helper. Appreciated the free wood sample I initially ordered prior to placing my order and to be honest from experience with previous companies I was almost expecting the chairs to not match when they arrived so you’ve definitely satisfied a very fussy person.
