How is it delivered?
Free by Royal Mail 1st Class, dispatched the next working day. It fits through the door, so nobody needs to be in.
Can I return it?
Yes. 30 days, no quibble, and we collect it from you free of charge.
How do I care for it?
The oak is sealed with a dead matte lacquer, so it needs no oiling or waxing. Clean it with warm soapy water and a soft cloth, avoid harsh chemical cleaners, and keep hot pans off the surface. Blot spills rather than rubbing them, and keep it out of prolonged direct sunlight.
Does it need assembling?
Yes, and it is straightforward. Assembly typically takes around 15 minutes. Step-by-step instructions are in the Assembly tab on this page.

Sample packs go out by Royal Mail 1st Class, free of charge, and are dispatched the next working day. It fits through the door, so nobody needs to be in.
There is no delivery appointment to book and no date to choose. The white-glove service, the three-hour window and the preferred-date option are for furniture orders, not samples.

- 30-day free returns on the furniture. If it is not right in the room, send it back.
