Great experience from start to finish - I don’t write reviews very often but on this occasion the product exceeded expectations as did the communication between order and delivery it was on time well packaged with polite agents. It’s not often a company gets everything right. The quality is superb and in my opinion great value for money.

We were looking to replace our old dining table and chairs and after relentless research opted for Grain & Frame. We were not disappointed! Solid oak, natural colour and that beautiful Scandinavian vibe is perfect. You do have to assemble the table yourselves but it is not difficult and all the appropriate fixings are provided. Would highly recommend.

I looked everywhere and spent a lot of time trying to find the right table for me and my space. This table is perfect with its ability to extend when needed but stay compact for most of the time when it’s just me needing it. It is solid, well-built and beautiful. The people at Grain and Frame were great, they responded to all my queries punctually. Always polite, useful, helpful. Everything that was communicated to me was executed.
Grain & Frame provided excellent customer service throughout - clear, comprehensive emails about delivery and updates on the day. Packaging of my table and bench was very good and the items were extremely easy to assemble. The quality is also very good and the table/bench look very modern/ stylish. Would use G&F again.
