We were looking for a custom made, industrial style dining table and bench set that would fit in the kitchen. The tables we had seen in shops and online were too wide or just not what we were looking for. We found Grain and Frame on Etsy and after messaging them our requirements they got back to us in no time. We were able to visit them at their workshop to see their tables and we knew we were going to go with them straight away. The pieces were well made, sturdy and hard wearing. The style we went for was a medium brown stained Canadian pine table with black legs. Rhys said he would be able to make the table both extendable and according to the size we requested. He was able to answer any questions we had and arranged for the table to be delivered with legs assembled on arrival. We are so pleased with the table and the bench and would highly recommend Grain and Frame, not only for their fabulous tables but also customer service and ability to create a bespoke dining set based on our needs. I was looking for a new kitchen table and after a lot of research chose Grain and Frame. I was hesitant about buying on line however I needn't have worried. Sam and Rhys were available to talk on line or over the phone and nothing was too much trouble. They kept me informed about the progress of my table and it was completed before time. The guys who delivered the table and benches were very professional and installed our table and benches without any trouble at all. I came across grain and frame as I wanted a black solid oak dining table, which there is a lack of on the market. The website is simple to use. We did contact Sam via the website and he was so accommodating for our order. Our table turned up today, ahead of schedule and we are beyond happy with it. The finish is perfect and finished with a life proof lacquer! All put together on site too. Highly highly recommend!

My partner and I recently moved into our first home together and needed a dining table. As it's a kitchen/diner, we were quite restricted on space so we needed a dining table with custom measurements. The guys at Grain and Frame were brilliant from start to finish. I told them the style of table I was looking for and they came back with lots of different options to suit our budget. We opted for a bespoke Ash table with bench and it's just gorgeous. It arrived ahead of Christmas which meant our first Christmas in our new home was perfect.Would definitely recommened Grain and Frame, they were professional from start to finish and you're supporting a small independent business too!

I would highly recommend Grain and Frame. I ordered a custom table and bench based on one of the items on their website. The table came as expected but the stain was not what I had in mind (it was what I ordered, but seeing it in person wasn’t exactly what I wanted). After a quick call to Rhys, they happily took the table back and worked with me to get a finish that I absolutely love!The table is high quality, beautiful and great attention to detail – the grain of the end extensions follows the grain of the table which is a detail you would never get from a box store!And the customer service is exceptional…Sam and Rhys even delivered & installed the table themselves in the week before Christmas to ensure I had it for the holidays!

These guys are superb - my kitchen table is probably the loveliest thing I have ever bought for myself. Beautifully made. It was custom sized at no extra cost; delivered bang on time; assembled in situ and they removed all the packaging; friendly and responsive all through the process of ordering it. I bought an extendable table and 2 benches from Grain and Frame. I am so delighted with them. They are of exceptional quality. The craftsmanship is amazing and the wood used is exceptional.I could not believe the amazing quality at such a reasonable price. Not only were the table and benches finished earlier than predicted but they delivered by the company who ensured they were set up and I was happy before they left. I ordered a custom sized dining table in American Black Walnut to use as my computer desk as most desks are built too small with extras I don’t need.The design was simple and elegant, just a big beautiful slab of wood on simple metal legs.The table was built and delivered on time without any fuss. The delivery arrived at the scheduled time and the desk assembled for me. This was very useful given the desktop itself was nearly 50KG in weight.Grain and Frame were very easy to deal with and answered any questions I had quickly, and the table was better than anything I could buy in big box stores as the desk was made to the exact size specification I wanted, rather than mass produced to whatever size the manufacturer thinks is suitable for their own purposes.

Absolutelty amazed at how well the table has come together. From a unique way of designing it; from the shapeand material of the legs, the colour they have been sprayed upon request (to match my kitchen), and the type of oak I chose and stain. I am so pleased with the quality standard and having it 40mm thick throughout knowing it will last years and will be easy to maintain. The service was A class, friendly and helpful. I have already recommended to friends!!

We bought an extendable rustic dining table from Grain and Frame and are delighted with our purchase.Everyone we engaged with at the company was responsive and helpful, the table was delivered quickly and installed in our home.We are delighted with how it looks in our kitchen and is clearly of excellent quality- we look forward to using it for years to come. We bought the 2-4 Seater ( 120cm/160cm x 90cm (4ft) ) table, but it comfortably fits four chairs not extended, as the picture shows.Couldn't recommend Grain and Frame tables enough!

I contacted Grain and Frame through their Instagram page to enquire about an extendable table in a custom size. Right from the start they were responsive and immediately said our request was possible. The contact was helpful, explaining the table options of which there were a few, this made us feel like we were really getting the table we wanted, not just a pre-designed one at a size that wouldn't quite work in our home. Sam was clear about the price and lead time and our table arrived on time and was installed with a great service. The table is of remarkable quality, the build is super sturdy and the wood is beautifully stained and waxed. We are super happy with the service from Grain and Frame and made up with our custom table. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top quality table styled just for them!

Brilliant company from start to finish. Sam was very helpful in responding to all my questions in the lead up to my order. I went for a custom sized table and it was no issue at all. Table delivery was excellent, arrived exactly on time and assembled quickly and the dimensions are perfect.The table itself is beautiful, quality is spot on and it looks the part, exactly as I had hoped. It's solid and will last a lifetime but more than that I find myself wanting to sit at it more it's just that lovely. I'd absolutely recommend this company.

I came across Grain and Frame when looking for inspiration on Social and was so excited to find out that their beautiful stuff was made in the Midlands. It didn’t take long for us to get in touch and visit them. We found the most perfect design and wood to make a table for our flat and we're just in love with it. We were able to chose exactly how we wanted it, making it even more of a special piece. Despite the difficulty that COVID brought to these guys, they kept us up to date the whole way through. We were blown away by their friendliness, helpfulness and service throughout. Our new table & benches sit perfectly in our flat and are such a statement piece. I love Grain & Frame. The whole process was easy just design what you want and they can pretty much make it. It’s great having so much control to get something bespoke to your needs. I even changed some details and they couldn’t do enough to help. It’s super good quality too and for a great price. I’d have no hesitation in recommending Grain and Frame to anybody. Grain and Frame are a great, up and coming furniture business, with a friendly and personal customer first mentality. We spoke to Sam at length about the type of table we wanted for our kitchen / dining room. They went above and beyond to create a new table design that matched our requirements. We ordered shortly before lockdown in the UK. Sam and the team were very responsive keeping us updated, with what limited knowledge they had, on what the lockdown meant for our delivery. We ordered a new kitchen table, as the old one was in a desperate state. After placing the order we had a rapid response from Sam to confirm the order and to check what colour we wanted the legs - because who wants boring table legs!?The order was processed quickly, and we had a couple of updates from Sam to let us know when things moved to the next step. Then we waited a few weeks while the table was fabricated.Delivery day arrived, and we had had a couple of phone calls from the delivery team to make sure times were suitable. The table was brought through with locations for drilling and fixing the legs marked up, for ease and speed of installation. The guys cleared out and we were done.Now, a few weeks of use down the line, the table is just as we hoped - not that a table can ever be particularly sexy, but we love the bright purple legs, the textured wood surface, and just how sturdy and delightful it is.Couldn't recommend any more highly, it's a great addition to our kitchen, and every stage of ordering and delivery/installation was made as easy and clear as possible.

Really pleased with our new table and bench, looks amazing. Grain and Frame were helpful throughout and the table arrived much sooner than we expected. So good to be able to order the perfect size and choose frame colour and still be good value compared to the bigger furniture shops. Love the industrial pine finish, with two young kids it will stand a bit of 'abuse' and not ruin the finish.

We came across Grain and Frame online when looking for a dining table and loved the overall look of it so much, we contacted them about making us some custom window ledges and shelving to match, for our house renovation project. When planning our new kitchen I wanted something that wasn't available, anywhere.After much researching and asking friends if they knew anyone who could make me a bespoke table base Sam at Grain & Frame was recommended.After many messages with me bouncing around ideas Sam came up with a solution. As we're local I was able to go over and view their production facilities and he was able to show me the products they offer. The great thing was he was able to colour match the coating on the table legs to match my kitchen cupboards so the colour scheme flows through the room.I wouldn't hesitate in recommending these guys and would certainly buy from them again.

The Grain & Frame guys used the offcuts from my kitchen worktop to create three gorgeous custom pieces, a coffee table, garden bench and outdoor table.I sent them the photos and measurements of the off cuts and they advised on what was possible. They created the outdoor pieces in such a way that would protect them from the elements and prevent scuffs on the legs. And event build them in such a way that I could flat pack to store away over the winter.The process was easy and efficient. They sent me photos of their progress, which was very exciting! I'm really pleased with the pieces, the wood looks great against the colourful legs!I would highly recommend Grain & Frame for high quality, solid, custom pieces with great customer service.

I needed a bespoke table that was suitable to sit at in a wheelchair. Customer service was spot on, very responsive and completely accommodating of our requirements. After purchasing a table and bench a few months ago we’ve now had some shelves to match. The table is just as Sam described, the quality is fantastic, the images really don’t do them justice. This sits in my Kitchen and I really wanted some shelves to match the industrial style table. Guess what, the guys at Grain and Frame made us some custom shelves to match, Amazing. I paid for the delivery and installation and they were so professional, I have no issues in recommending them. Great company!

I'm absolutely delighted with my "Walnut table with X-Frame Legs". Samuel at Grain and Frame was super helpful and very responsive to my needs. I asked for a custom blue frame on the legs and an odd size on the table and they delivered!
